Learn to pray, one step at a time
Revertly is a prayer app for new Muslims. It makes no assumptions about what you already know. Every step comes with the Arabic, a transliteration, the meaning, and audio.
Days one to three cover wudu, Al-Fatiha, and a two rakat prayer. Days four to six add all five daily prayers. After that the path keeps going, lantern by lantern, all the way to your first Ramadan.
No account, no tracking. The App Store privacy label reads “Data Not Collected”, and privacy mode can make the app look neutral on your phone.

Guided Prayer
Pray along with a figure that moves into each position: standing, bowing, prostration and sitting. You hear real recitation, and the Arabic words light up as they are recited. Go slower or faster. Show the Arabic, the transliteration or the translation, and make the text as large as you need.
A path of lanterns
Your path runs from your first prayer to your first Ramadan. Each step lights a lantern, so you always know what comes next. There is no deadline.
Learn by heart
Three ways to memorize a surah: listen and repeat, fading words, and recall. Each surah tells you when to see it again, so Al-Fatiha and the short surahs stay with you.
The Book of Firsts
Your first wudu. Al-Fatiha by heart. Your first prayer, your first Fajr, your first Jumu'ah. Each one is written in your own book, with its date. Only you can see your book. If you want to, you can share a first as a card.
Light, not points
Your five prayers are stars in tonight's sky, and each one lights up when you pray it. No streaks to lose and no scores. Mark each prayer with a tap: prayed, made up later, or excused on days of menstruation or postnatal bleeding. You see your month, quietly.

Why I charge for this
There are plenty of free prayer apps. Most of them pay for themselves with ads, or by collecting your information and selling it. Your first steps in Islam are private, and they deserve better than that.
Revertly has no ads, no account and collects no data. Your subscription is the only thing that keeps it running, and it means I answer to you, not to advertisers.
I am a revert. I went through this whole process myself, from not knowing how to pray to praying on my own. Revertly is made for reverts, from a revert’s own experience, with a level of care you will not find in many places.
Revertly is not a company with a team behind it. It is me, one person, building it alongside a full-time job. If Revertly earns enough, I can work on it full time, and help and reach many more people who are learning to pray.
