Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Revertly ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Revertly. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's consent to use the app and agree to these terms. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Description of Service

Revertly is an educational iOS application that helps users learn Islamic prayer and practice. The app provides step-by-step prayer guides, Arabic text with transliteration and audio, prayer time calculations, daily prayer check-in tracking, Ramadan tracking, surah memorization, quizzes, and related learning tools.

Educational Content Disclaimer

The content in Revertly is provided for educational purposes to help new Muslims learn the basics of Islamic prayer and practice. While we strive for accuracy based on established Islamic scholarship, the app is not a substitute for guidance from qualified scholars or teachers. We encourage users to seek knowledge from local Islamic centers and qualified instructors.

Free and Premium Features

Revertly offers both free and premium content:

• Free features include prayer times with notifications, 14 core lessons, the prayer builder for fard prayers, prayer check-in tracker, wudu guide, Ramadan hub, and basic quizzes.
• Premium features (Revertly Premium) include the full 23-lesson library with audio, surah memorization with spaced repetition, sunnah prayer guides, prayer exam mode, and all future content updates. Premium is available as a monthly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase.

Subscriptions & Purchases

Revertly Premium is available as two purchase options:

• Revertly Premium Monthly — $2.99 per month, auto-renewable subscription.
• Revertly Premium Lifetime — $19.99, one-time purchase for permanent access.

Both options include Family Sharing at no extra cost.

• All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Monthly subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• Refund requests should be directed to Apple through the App Store.

Intellectual Property

The app design, original content, features, and functionality are owned by Revertly and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Quranic text and hadith references are from established Islamic sources and are used for educational purposes.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit the app content
• Attempt to circumvent any subscription or access restrictions

Limitation of Liability

Revertly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Prayer time calculations are provided as estimates and should be verified with local sources.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated through an app update or notice.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the app shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Norway.
