Prayer times in Xining through the year

Xining lies at 36.6° north, in Qinghai. In winter Fajr comes as late as 06:54, in summer as early as 04:03. Even in June, Fajr and Isha are worked out with the full angle, with no special rule. On Beijing time, Dhuhr comes around 13:23 in mid-January and 13:20 in mid-July.
